Social support

The goal is often to help young adults that require support at home to develop the life skills, confidence and independence they need to remain at home. This can also include assistance and support with building and maintaining existing social connections, social activities and Social community involvement. This is an important part of the care that a person receives. Our carers can support young people in their own home to maintain these important connections.
